Ella Foote is a passionate cold water swimmer, journalist, and editor of Outdoor Swimmer magazine. She’s the founder of The Dip Advisor, guiding wild swim adventures across the UK. Known for her year-round swims in rivers, lakes, and seas, Ella champions outdoor swimming as a joyful, transformative experience.
Ella’s completed challenges like the Thames Marathon and English Channel relay, and regularly speaks at events like the Kendal Mountain Festival. Her work inspires others to embrace nature, community, and the thrill of cold water.
